10 So why do you condemn another believer? Why do you look down on
another believer? Remember, we will all stand before the judgment
seat of God.
11 For the Scriptures say,
” ‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord,

12 Yes, each of us will give personal account to God.
13 So let’s stop condemning each other. Decide instead to live in
such a way that you will not cause another believer to stumble
and fall.

To often it seems we are pointing out the sins of others and not paying much attention to our own, none of us are perfect and all of us are in need of a saviour, it is our duty as Christians to bring our brothers and sisters to Christ and let God be the sole judge of their hearts and character. Alls we can do is instruct and guide one another in a loving, helpful, caring way not constantly on the others back for the wrong the are doing…because do they know the wrong you are doing? We all stumble in certain areas and instead of critisizing bring them back to God and show them where they can find true life and who they can give their problems to. Not that I am not guilty of judging others for it does sadden me to see someone claiming to be a strong Christian in front of the world and then out partaking in the festivities the WORLD has to offer, it gives those who do not know Christ the wrong idea thinking that it is okay to behave that way and still claim to be Christian. I really pray that God help me in dealing with these types of people and give me the patience to bestow love and not judgement on them. I know I do things wrong and I have my down falls, I curse at times (which I am really trying to work on, I speak crudely (which I am getting much better at), I have a horrible temper (which is getting much much better), I lie, gossip, etc. I have my faults so God please help me to deal with others the way I’d want them to talk to me with one of the issues I’m going through! I need to stop judging I do it all the time and God please let me love them and be well versed on the subject so I may talk to them lovingly and get to the bottom of it! I really hope and pray I am never the stumbling block for another Christian brother or sister but instead be the post to hold them up.
PRAYER FOR THE DAY
God I know I do a lot of things wrong and I would hate it if people judged me all the time because I know I have the hardest judge that will on the day of Christ’s return read all my offenses, it is bad enough we have to live with the guilt but I know that if I confess to you even in the secretest place you hear me repent of my sins and therefore erases it from my offenses, so please use me to tell others they to can repent and turn away if they accept your Son as their Saviour. God I am so thankful that you blessed me with the parents who raised me to know you and that when I do sin I can earnestly apologize and I am forgiven. So please let me not be mean and criticize your children but instead be a light and guide them safely back into your loving arms. I know I’m not perfect so I need to stop scoffing at others when they do something wrong b/c I do it too, even though most in secret I sin too so help me to LOVE THEM LIKE JESUS! Please let me be a light unto the world and let people clearly see a way to you. I pray this all in your sons Jesus’ name, AMEN.
